The Patriot Skate Park is located behind the Town Hall Commuter Lot on Underhill Avenue in Yorktown Heights. This facility is not supervised. For additional information, please click on the link. Please click on link for hours the Park will be closed for Yorktown's Skateboard Camp.
Skateboarding, in-line skating, and biking can be hazardous recreational activities. Use of this facility may result in serious injury or death. Users and spectators of this facility assume all risk of personal injury or damage to personal property.
-- Use of safety helmet, elbow and knee pads is highly recommended when using the skate park.
-- The skate park ramps and rails are for the use of skateboards, in-line skates, and bicycles in accordance with the posted schedule. All other activities are prohibited.
-- Additional objects or other materials (ramps/jumps) may not be used in the skate park.
-- No children under 12 years of age allowed without parental supervision.
-- No motorized devices, tobacco, food, beverages or gum are allowed inside the skate park. Pets, alcohol, and firearms are prohibited.
-- Please keep the surrounding area clean. Throw away your trash in the proper receptacles.
-- Abide by park regulations at all times.
-- Ride within your own ability.
-- Respect others. Share the space. Be respectful of other riders.
-- Shirts must be worn at all times.
-- Participants must provide their own equipment.

Yorktown Parks & Recreation Department Reserves The Right To:
Close the facility for any reason, in its sole discretion. (For example: repairs, hazardous conditions, Town sponsored programs, etc)
Restrict entry into the facility and/or ask a person to leave the facility if any of the rules are not followed or if unsafe behavior is observed.
Patriot Skate Park Hours
Skaters: Daily - Dawn to Dusk (except during Bike-only Hours - see below)
The skate park will be closed for a recreation dept. Sponsored skateboard camp on the following dates:
Monday, August 2 - Thursday, August 5 (rain date Friday, 8/6) from 10:00am - 2:00pm
Monday, August 9 - Thursday, August 12 (rain date Friday, 8/13) from 10:00am - 2:00pm
Bike-Only Hours:
March 1 - November 1
Tuesdays: 2pm - 6pm
Thursdays: 6pm - dusk
Saturdays: 9am - 2pm
Sundays: 6pm - dusk
November 2 - February 28
Tuesdays: 12pm - 4pm
Thursdays: 12pm - 4pm
Saturdays: 9am - 1pm
Sundays: 12pm - 4pm
Please Note: If there are no bikers present during the "bike only" hours, skaters can occupy the park and vice versa. As soon as the dedicated activity is present, the non-dedicated participants must leave.
