The Meadville Area Recreational Complex is a unique forty-seven acre, multi-faceted recreational facility owned and operated by the Meadville Area Recreational Authority, a non-profit municipality.
The Recreational facilities include: The George S. DeArment Ice Arena, the George J. Barco Aquatic Center, a Skatepark, 4 lit tennis courts, nature trail, community garden, sand volleyball courts, picnic shelters, baseball and soccer fields.
The MARC specifically serves the residents of the City of Meadville, West Mead and Vernon Townships, however, all facilities and programs are open to the general public.
