A 20 by 38 foot Harbor Flag welcomes people from all nations into the Port of Tacoma from Thea's Park.
Thea’s Park (3.4 acres/established in 1997) sits at the entrance to the Foss Waterway in Tacoma’s downtown waterfront. Watch ships and tugboats coming and going, cranes lifting cargo at the busy Port, take a stroll along the esplanade, visit the historic warehouses, and the Murray Morgan Bridge. You may also glimpse floatplanes, harbor seals, sea lions, and kayakers. A gangway from the Park takes visitors out onto the North Moorage float where guests can tie up their boat for the day.
